Approve the Memorandum of Agreement between the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and Glynn County for Right-of-Way acquisition for PI No. 0014914, CR 583/Sea Island Road at Dunbar Creek on St. Simons Island, as part of the Statewide Transportation Improvement Plan. Glynn County will contribute $160,000 to the Right-of-Way acquisition, with funding provided by the Capital Projects Multi-Year Fund balance.

Approve the submission of the 2025 HMGP Hornet Drainage Improvement application to the Georgia Emergency Management Agency/Homeland Security and execute the grant related forms.

Approve a revised grant agreement for the Safe Streets for All Grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation in the amount of $400,000 with $320,000 in federal funds, and a local match of $80,000 (City of Brunswick: $14,400; Glynn County: $65,600).

FP-25-20 – Merchants Cove: Approve the final plat for the subdivision of an approximately 10.8-acre tract into 119 townhouse lots to be named Merchants Cove, including acceptance of a deed for dedication of rights-of-way and acceptance of a drainage, access, and utilities easement. Consider adoption of ordinance amendments to revise Section 2-2-7 pertaining to advisory committees, dissolving the Citizens Solid Waste Management Advisory Committee, the Martin Luther King Boulevard Advisory Committee, the Casino Advisory Committee, and the Blythe Island Regional Park Advisory Committee, and for other purposes.
